Shipping policy

Our delivery costs (Royal Mail):

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

• Free shipping over £50
  (2-7 working days, tracked)
• Standard UK Shipping: £2.99
  (2-7 working days, tracked)
• 1st Class: £3.99
  (1-2 working days. Order must be placed by 12pm. If an order is placed on Saturday, Sunday we will ship it on the next Monday)

 

What if I entered the incorrect shipping address? 

Please email iliosjewellery@outlook.co.uk as soon as you can with the correct address. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to change the shipping address or retrieve your parcel.

What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 10 working days of the date on which you ordered, please send an email to iliosjewellery@outlook.co.uk
